What I really appreciated was, after our very quick trip, Jackson remained super responsive and helpful so much so that he toured a unit for us after we left, sent a very detailed video and made us comfortable enough to know it was the unit we wanted. He walked us through every step of the purchase process, which was invaluable since this was our first rental property purchase. He also set us up with great contacts for the home inspector, attorney and lender that we needed to get the job done.
